OFFICE HOURS: We are open Monday-Friday 8:30-1:00 and 2:00-5:30. The office is closed each day for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00.

DIRECTIONS: The office is located at 895 River Drive, Fort Bragg, California, near the Mendocino Coast Hospital. From Highway One in downtown Fort Bragg, turn east on South Street. South Street is the second street north of the Noyo Harbor Bridge. Make the second left-hand turn onto Sequoia Circle. Please note that the entrance to our office is on the corner of South Street and Sequoia Circle.

APPOINTMENTS: We find that we can best serve the individual needs of our patients by speaking to them directly prior to making an appointment.

Of course, you are welcome to visit our office and make your appointment directly. We can arrange to provide you with our forms prior to your visit so that you can complete them at home.
